Emmerich Properties Charitable Trust is dedicated to a strong local economy.  The Trust, through its real estate operations, has an inventory of nearly 300 units, including both residential and commercial properties as well as a large inventory of land available for development.  The Trust donates at least 50% of its profits to the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin for distribution through a donor advised fund to charities that have an emphasis on serving those located in Central Wisconsin.  Available rental properties are listed at  Available land for sale is listed at
